Our legal team responds to queries of the active members with regard to their investments in bonds, equities, packaged retail investment products (PRIPs), life insurance and pension programs, crypto – assets, platforms etc before their cases are brought to the courts.
We represent the interests of private and institutional investors engaging in constant dialogue with the Monitoring Authorities, the Government, the Political Parties, the Justice System and via the European Federation of Investors and Financial End Users with the European Institutions (European Commission, European Parliament, ESMA, EIOPA, and EU Financial Services Policy Advisory Groups).
The 1st Conference of the HELLENIC INVESTORS ASSOCIATION (HELINAS) and the European Federation of Investors and Financial Services Users (Better Finance) , held on Thursday 16 June 2022 on the topic: "Investor Protection, Sustainable Development and Insurance Reform in Greece" was successfully concluded.
